We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Wealth Advisor to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a client-facing, advice-giving role and will be adept at managing client relationships from beginning to end. The successful candidate will be a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and will be responsible for delivering exceptional wealth management advice and services to our valued clients. When needed, the Associate Wealth Advisor will also support other aspects of the business, which may include: client performance reporting, meeting preparation, investment management, and financial plan development.


Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, addressing their financial planning and investment needs.
  • Understand and represent the firm’s financial planning and investment philosophy and values.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review financial plans, investment performance, and goals.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans and provide expert advice on a wide range of financial topics, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, risk management, and philanthropic giving.
  • Manage clients' investment portfolios, ensuring they are aligned with their risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Work closely with other advisors and staff to support business needs such as: client performance reporting, meeting preparation, investment management, financial plan development.
  • The ideal candidate is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, and has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of client-facing financial services experience.
  • Holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Designation.
  • Experience with Financial Planning software to prepare and present financial plans.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in business related fields

Salary: Competitive Salary plus Bonus, based on relevant experience.
