Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and developing a robust sales pipeline, presenting at trade shows, creating and managing CRM discussions and conversions, and developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is pivotal in building our customer base and expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Establish and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring effective tracking and conversion of prospects through the sales funnel.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and secure new business opportunities.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with consultants, VARs, and key stakeholders.

- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on sales performance.

- Work collaboratively with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.

- Develop strategies for nurturing relationships with existing clients and upselling or cross-selling products and services.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Qualifications:

- Proven track record of selling SaaS products and driving growth in early-stage companies.

- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a sales team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various audiences.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person and remote interactions.

- Full-time availability with the flexibility to travel for trade shows and client meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
