Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Latin American Sales Director to lead our regional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence across Latin America. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and offers an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Latin America in alignment with company goals and objectives.
· Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and networking.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance business development efforts.
· Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to optimize sales initiatives and promotional activities.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to formulate effective strategies and forecast sales projections accurately.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the sales industry.
· Extensive experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in Latin America.
· Deep understanding of market dynamics and business trends in Latin American countries.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop actionable plans and initiatives.
· Fluent in English and Spanish.

· Travel: Frequent travel within Latin America and occasional international travel required.
