Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive business through marketing, social media, and outreach programming. Increase new guest base and return guest visits
  • Develop a marketing strategy for the restaurant group, and individual marketing plans for each of the restaurants
  • Present quarterly marketing plans for restaurants collaborating with culinary, PR, and management teams
  • Manage marketing budgets and track results
  • Define and maintain brand standards with the operations team
  • Define target demographic and potential channels for revenue growth
  • Oversee the Marketing and PR coordinator leading strategy for marketing iniatives and PR pitch timelines for the restaurant and corporate brand
  • Monitor and manage online sentiment
  • Manage email marketing campaigns
  • Manage all donation requests and charity partnerships
  • Define and manage recurring programming offerings
  • Plan, execute, and participate in pop-up special events
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and website maintenance agencies
  • Monitor communication channels to ensure guest awareness
  • Database growth, management and segmentation
  • Manage social media marketing strategy and content
  • Manages cross promotion amongst restaurants
  • Manages collateral, print, and web advertising programs
  • Ensure promotions set up in POS’s at restaurant and that ROI tracking and reporting is in place.
  • Lay out quarterly and annual event calendars
  • Liaise with concierges and influencers
  • Manage menu information ensuring that correct menus are externally distributed
  • Liaise with national and local public relations teams
  • Responsible for forming relationships with potential partners (Local businesses)
  • Spend time in restaurants to maintain awareness of each venue’s specific culture and current events
