Position Summary: FORTE BIO-PHARMA LLC is seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities. This role demands a proactive individual with a background in marketing, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting senior marketing personnel, facilitating interdepartmental communications, generating clear reports, and aiding in the development of marketing materials tailored for our company and sales teams. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and New Product Planning, with additional responsibilities to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist marketing leaders in various projects.
  • Manage and execute brand marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough market and client research.
  • Prepare detailed marketing performance reports.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Deliver effective marketing presentations.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing).
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is advantageous.
  • Background in business-to-business marketing is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Graphic Design skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing is beneficial.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week
