Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Liaison/Project Manager (EID) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over seven (7) years of experience in project and program management, including at least five (5) years managing IT projects and programs across a multi-time zone, multi-facility enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee IT projects and programs across multiple time zones and facilities.
Utilize DevOps concepts to streamline project management processes.
Interface with multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure the delivery of interrelated services.
Coordinate and liaise between facilities to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Seven (7) or more years of experience in project and program management.
At least five (5) years of experience managing IT projects and programs across a multi-time zone, multi-facility enterprise.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with managing using DevOps concepts.
Proven experience interfacing with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
