The Marketing coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team and its third-party groups to carry out marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator’s tasks include researching market trends and compiling reports about consumer needs, developing and keeping the marketing and campaign schedule as well as developing, planning, and executing marketing events, tradeshows, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Working side by side with the Marketing Manager in growing the marketing team with marketing activities.Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
  • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
  • Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
  • Creating and keeping a marketing schedule including events, deadlines, partner meetings, and campaigns.
  • Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups, and social media sites.
  • Creating, coordinating, and writing copy for social media posts and efforts.Maintaining company accounts on LinkedIn and managing LinkedIn campaigns.Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
  • Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by coordinating venues, ordering marketing materials and ensuring event is completed smoothly.
  • Record keeping of marketing projects and status within Salesforce.com
  • Management of marketing projects and assets within HubSpot.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant work life experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles
  • 2+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and SalesforceExcellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to travel to all marketing events
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
