Our client is an established manufacturer and global distributor of paper and electronic products. There is a current need for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Lancaster, Ohio manufacturing facility.


The ideal candidate can interpret HR policy and execute on HR procedures. This position may be required to work various shifts on occasion.


Responsibilities

  • Interpret HR policy and update and revise, as needed
  • Support an hourly work force
  • Investigate policy violations, compliance issues and conduct investigations
  • Manage time and attendance
  • Support safety/ OSHA regulations


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in human resources management
  • Experience working in manufacturing, distribution or retail
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
