Job Description: B2B outside Sales representative for Stone Kitchen and bathroom countertops


1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

· Identify potential customers, including fabricators, builders, contractors, and large retail chains.

· Proactively reach out to identified potential customers through cold calling to introduce the company's products.

· Research and gather information on leads through online databases, industry publications, and networking.

2. Customer Engagement:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

· Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.

3. Product Knowledge:

· Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's quartz stone slabs, including their features, benefits, and applications.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products.

4. Sales Presentations:

· Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of quartz stone slabs to potential clients.

· Highlight the unique selling points and advantages of your company's products.

5. Sales Negotiation:

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure orders.

· Handle objections and concerns effectively to close deals.

6. Order Processing:

· Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

· Coordinate with the company's logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

7. Market Research:

· Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

· Provide feedback to the company on product improvements or new product opportunities.

8. Customer Support:

· Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service.

9. Sales Reporting:

· Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

10. Travel and Networking:

· Travel to meet clients in person, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows.

· Network with industry professionals and potential clients to expand the customer base.

11. Goal Achievement:

· Set and achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.

12. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
