Summary /Objective

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support. This includes following up with customers, completing and tracking orders, and assisting with meeting setups and presentations.

Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Sales Organization by executing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Conduct order processing, order maintenance, and invoicing for wholesale accounts.
  • Providing order status and information to retail accounts (this includes checking costing, colors, and deliveries and ensuring orders match what is in our system)
  • Communicating all cancellations and sold-outs to Salesforce
  • Responsible for all system management, PO entry, wholesale order tracking, receipt management, and line sheet creation.
  • Creation, maintenance, and distribution of weekly selling reports
  • Building relationships with buyers and assistants, learning their specific business needs
  • Corresponding with clients in writing and by phone
  • Processing, entering, and tracking orders
  • Analyzing sales and selling through information

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Advanced excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills articulate with a natural ability to interact well with all levels of clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail, resolution skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, be proactive, and assist in various projects as assigned with little supervision.
  • Computer proficiency includes AS 400
  • Ability to run and analyze sales reports.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of related fashion experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or a similar major
