Boston, United States Psyched Services Full time

Who We Are

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a team of psychologists and behavior analysts who are changing the world, one kid at a time? If you’re seeking to collaborate with like-minded professionals who support each other’s growth, the Psyched Services team would be psyched to have you

At Psyched Services, our innovative approach thrives on the collaboration and cooperation of two open-minded clinicians, recognizing that two brains are always better than one. Where others see challenges, we see opportunities. Our commitment lies in empowering parents, educators, and clinicians to excel in supporting children. We're passionately dedicated to helping kids learn so they can do. Ownership, heart, and excellence permeate throughout our organization. Our comprehensive services cater to schools and families alike, spanning assessments, educator support, mental health services, online learning, customized training, and supervision. Join us in making a difference in children's lives

Position Summary

As a Hybrid Behavior Analyst, your role may include conducting functional behavior assessments, collaboration and consultation, pocket coaching, providing supervision, content development, and developing or providing training. You may also be involved in leading or contributing to projects that support company initiatives to innovate the fields of education and mental health and enhance the value we deliver to our customers. Your specific duties will fluctuate throughout the year based on customer client needs and your availability and preferences. This flexible hourly position entails a blend of in-person and remote work. In-person work may consist of case-by-case assignments or designated on-campus support days, providing the flexibility to integrate within districts or work independently. During busy periods, your role may require up to 80% in-person work. Some travel, in California or other states, may be necessary for in-person assignments; potentially involving overnight stays depending on the length of the assignment. The anticipated monthly commitment is approximately 40 hours; however, workload variability should be expected based on district contracts. Typically, workload is lighter in the fall and summer with increased assignments during the spring semester. You'll receive supervision and guidance on our unique model, along with opportunities for collaboration and integration within our supportive team. You are expected to keep records in accordance with federal Health Information Privacy and Authorization Act (HIPAA), Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) and other applicable state and federal laws.

Benefits:

Flexibility in scheduling We require availability during school hours but do not specify daily work hours, giving you greater control over your work-life balance and the ability to pursue personal interests or commitments.

Diverse project opportunities Work with a variety of clients, age groups, and assessment types, broadening your skill set and exposing you to new challenges that keep your work engaging and rewarding.

We invest in your long-term career success through targeted training, mentorship, and skill development programs designed to help you stay current with industry trends and best practices. All team members can dive into LearnDo, our online training platform, offering asynchronous courses, live training sessions, and downloadable tools to enhance your practice
