I'm looking for a highly skilled CSI/Syteline Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust mix of functional and technical expertise, enabling them to effectively translate customer requirements into actionable solutions for the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring clear and accurate communication of requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Infor's Supplier Portal, Planning and Procurement modules, blanket PO management, and automation processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to execution and post-implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to system integration and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of functional experience with CSI/Syteline ERP.
    • Proven track record with at least 3 successful Syteline implementations.
    • Experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor's Supplier Portal, Planning and Procurement modules.
    • Proficient in managing blanket POs and automation work within Syteline.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to speak up and assert ideas confidently in team settings.
    • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
    • Eagerness to tackle challenging projects and drive them to successful completion.
