You will have the opportunity to build relationships while selling commercial doors and door products. If you have a knack for sales and business development, please applyJob Responsibilities:Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems, consultative salesCultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Colorado Springs, CO and the surrounding areasMeet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standardsProvide timely, accurate estimates and proposalsMeet with existing and prospective customers, assess customers' needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and servicesDevelop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the saleFollow up quickly to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessaryMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) dailyOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. HS Diploma or GED at a minimumMinimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience calling on commercial accounts or general contractorsProvide timely and accurate estimates and proposalsExperience with Blueprints/Plans and specs, highly preferredPossess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systemsMust possess valid driver's licenseMust have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skillsMathematically and mechanically inclinedPay is base + commission.
