We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to join our team This role involves engaging with commercial, fleet, and national accounts within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Traveling within the territory to promote and sell tires and related merchandise and services.
  • Quoting prices and processing orders efficiently.
  • Preparing tires for retreading for customer accounts or for inventory.
  • Showcasing new merchandise, highlighting unique features and advantages of products.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting timely activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Assisting with store sales and service tasks, inventory management, and various other functions, limited to not exceeding 20% of weekly hours spent on non-commercial sales duties.
  • Participating in training sessions and adhering to safety procedures, job responsibilities, and company policies.
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned by management.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Sales experience in the tire industry or management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Able to travel locally to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Familiarity with effective sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
