Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet SalesDARCARS BMW of Mount Kisco is now looking for an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to join our teamAs an Internet Sales Representative, you'll be the digital bridge between the dealership and our customershelping customers make confident, informed decisions from the comfort of their homes. The Internet Rep's job is to nurture our inbound prospects by guiding them through a simple needs analysis exercise using the DARCARS Approach to Sales, providing dealership and product information, answering their questions, and linking them with a responsive in-store sales manager who will then further navigate their path to purchase. As an Internet Rep, you must ensure timely follow up and provide an exceptional experience with every interaction.For this role, you'll need:Sales BDC Experience RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTo be computer savvyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsHigh energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mentalityAbility to multi-task and manage leads efficientlyWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidaysNot Remote EligiblePreferred but not required:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environmentsAutomotive experience a plus, but not necessary we provide full trainingCRM experience (e.g., DriveCentric, VinSolutions, Elead)Benefits:Comprehensive Benefits Plan including 401kEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts and service repairsOpportunities to join our community service initiativesInternal career advancement opportunitiesIn this role, you'll:Pull and manage leads through our CRMRespond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or emailServe as a knowledgeable first point of contact on products, services, and the DARCARS brandConvert online interest into in-store appointmentsFollow communication scripts to maintain consistency and qualityLog all customer interactions in real-timeBuild strong working relationships with dealership personnelMeet or exceed performance goals, including response time and conversion metricsLearn and train with the manufacturer to become an expertThis job advertisement in no way states or implies that these are the only duties and responsibilities to be performed by this employee.
