The perfect candidate will infuse a novel and daring viewpoint into our brand, spearheading creative initiatives across various platforms. While experience in the beauty sector is advantageous, we prioritize candidates with an unyielding passion for producing pioneering work that deeply connects with our audience. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Core Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Formulate and implement a captivating creative strategy for the brand, ensuring uniformity across all channels and campaigns.
- Brand Development: Partner with marketing and product teams to devise and execute strategies that align with the brand's objectives and aspirations.
- Team Development: Inspire and guide a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative talents, cultivating a collaborative and inventive workplace.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage the development of cohesive marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancement of brand value.
- Content Strategy: Direct the creation of compelling content across digital, print, and social media platforms, emphasizing storytelling and visual appeal.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with retailers and stakeholders to grasp their requirements, present creative concepts, and actualize their vision.
- Industry Awareness: Remain informed about market trends and consistently seek fresh ideas and inspiration to keep the brand vibrant and pertinent.
- Partnership Exploration: Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration with other brands to boost brand visibility and broaden market reach.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Creative Director or in a comparable senior creative capacity. 8-10 years of experience in creative roles, with a minimum of 4-5 years in a senior creative or leadership role.
- A robust portfolio that showcases a diverse array of creative projects, ideally with some exposure to the beauty industry.
- Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic and creative thinking skills, with a solid grasp of branding and marketing principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other pertinent design software.
- A relentless ambition to produce innovative, boundary-defying work.
