  • Maintains Sample Warehouse, focusing on efficient and organized operations.
  • Responsible for training Sample Warehouse personnel.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing reports on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments and inventory.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ERP/NetSuite, WMS/Korber platforms and MS Office specifically Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills. Bilingual highly preferred.
