Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
  • Perform all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

  • Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through quality assurance inspections.
  • Provide backup support for various job functions across departments as needed.
  • Consolidate stock to enhance inventory performance and optimize warehouse space.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness and organization.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards as defined by management.
  • Inspect all outbound shipments for accuracy and condition before dispatch.
  • Load and palletize shipments to prevent damage during transport.
  • Conduct inspections of inbound freight and complete necessary documentation.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with C-TPAT policies for operational security.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous forklift certification (Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit down forklift).
  • Experience with RF scanners is essential.
  • Strong math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Minimum of two years of warehouse experience, including one year of stand-up forklift operation.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure safety and prevent property damage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This position typically operates in a warehouse environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature conditions.
