  • Palletize and load shipments to prevent damage during transit.
  • Inspect inbound freight for quantity and damage, completing necessary documentation.
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Perform compliance inspections for international shipments as per standard work instructions.
  • Ensure operational and warehouse security in accordance with company policies.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous certification for operating forklifts, including Reach and Sit-down models.
  • Experience with RF scanners.
  • Strong math and reading comprehension skills.
  • At least two years of warehouse experience, with a minimum of one year operating stand-up forklifts.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks requiring significant walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow directions and complete assignments within set timelines.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail to promote a safe working environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This position typically operates in a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
