Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of multiple audit or review engagements.
  • Plan, schedule, and staff engagements following firm policies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in specific disciplines or industries.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues during engagements.
  • Keep the Partner informed of important developments, analyze problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure financial statements, reviews, and recommendations meet professional and firm standards.
  • Communicate engagement progress, problems, and resolutions to clients.
  • Develop, coach, and train senior, semi-senior, and staff accountants.
  • Participate in performance reviews and evaluations of accounting professionals.
