  • Generate quotes for customers and franchise owners

Inventory/Warehouse Management:

  • In charge of making sure the warehouse is stocked with necessary equipment, supplies, and chemicals
  • Tracking and inputting incoming and outgoing inventory in QuickBooks
  • Ordering all requested consumables for customers
  • Generate monthly sales reports
  • Generate invoices for supplies
  • Organizing supplies and chemicals in warehouse

Project Management:

  • Spearheading projects with Vice President for the company
  • Work on projects to develop franchise owners grow their business
  • Processing hiring paperwork for federal contracts
  • Organizing training tools and materials for the office team and franchise owners
