Position Summary


The position will be part of Business Development specifically within Marketing and Investor Relations team. The role plays a pivotal part in working with the Investor Solutions team within CIFC to assist in the preparation of information for the sales team, manage the coordination of the group, and maintain company CRM systems. Additionally, this position will be an integral part of various projects to enrich technology solutions, current processes, and documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to participate and contribute to the growth of the organization and success of the business. Collaborate with many groups including Finance, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Portfolio Managers, and Marketing.


General Responsibilities:


As an Investor Relations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team. You will participate in manage various processes including but not limited to:

  • Coordinate firm participation in investor events including but not limited to; conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshows
  • Maintain CRM systems and IR tools including the logging of client information, entering call notes, and assemble prospecting lists as needed
  • Monitoring team calendars, organize and assist in the planning, coordination, and preparation/setup of investor meetings
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors
  • Assist with planning and logistics of investor conferences
  • Collaborate with many groups including Finance, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Portfolio Managers, and Marketing
  • Printing marketing materials for investor meetings
  • Website updates, update PowerPoint presentations, update excel charts.


Qualifications


  • 0-4 years of administrative experience, preferably working in finance, accounting, or legal
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Interest and comfort in working in high pace sales environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce to manage databases, track investor activity, and streamline communication
  • Proven ability to manage workload and stay focused in a dynamic environment
