Job Title: Fundraising and Investor Relations Analyst

Jefferies Credit Partners is a leading private credit manager and the asset management arm of Jefferies Finance LLC. We are seeking a motivated Analyst to support our fundraising and investor relations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with RFP and DDQs, investor and prospect diligence, inquiries, and consultant databases.
  • Maintain client-facing and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and coordinate review through Compliance.
  • Update quarterly and annual client reporting deliverables, including customized client reports and quarterly letters.
  • Coordinate with other functions across the business to gather and summarize investment and product data.
  • Develop an understanding of our private credit products, including investment strategies, product structures, and terms.
  • Help update and maintain a database of approved responses for use in client requests and formal diligence processes.
  • Maintain investor pipeline for funds in market, collaborating with various sales team members.
  • Maintenance of data room materials and investor access as well as CRM maintenance.
  • Support ongoing and ad-hoc investor requests and internal projects.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations and/or finance, preferably in private credit.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of credit and/or general investing principles and key financial/business metrics preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work towards demanding deadlines and high-priority deliverables outside of standard business hours.
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics, and a great attitude and team-oriented mindset.
