Experience

3+ years previous experience.

Main Duties:

This position will support Department Management in the design and implementation of Dealer Employee Recognition and Sales Training Programs.

This candidate will be able to analyze many data sources to measure the effectiveness of Recognition and Training programs while making recommendations for improvement.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with company goals.

Manage program budgets and timelines.

Assist in creating presentations being delivered to senior leadership.

This candidate may also be asked to perform administrative duties such as Purchase Order development and meeting planning.
