CLE & Training Coordinator

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Attorney Development CLE & Training Coordinator to join a law firm downtown Chicago, This role supports the Attorney Development and Recruiting Department, coordinating attorney training and ensuring Illinois CLE compliance firmwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain Illinois CLE compliance and attorney credits.
  • Update CE Manager and PCAM databases with new courses and CLE certificates.
  • Prepare materials and reports for CLE trainings and accreditation.
  • Coordinate and analyze attorney training programs.
  • Partner with the New York training team to implement professional development programs in Chicago.
  • Manage training schedules, email invitations, and attendance records.
  • Update online training calendars and the Attorney Learning Site.
  • Prepare monthly bar status reports and track bar admission renewals.
  • Coordinate annual attorney ARDC registration renewals.
  • Communicate CLE information to attorneys and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in relevant software (Outlook, CE Manager, PCAM, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and adjust hours as needed.

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of two years in attorney development or related experience.
  • Minimum of two years of CLE experience.
