Position Summary: At Astrocade we're committed to fostering a dynamic, and collaborative workplace culture. The ideal candidate is an organized and driven self-starter with a “no task too small” mentality. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and communication between our C-Suite, engineers, and external partners.  As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a thriving workplace by balancing administrative tasks with hands-on creative assistance.


Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate internal and external inquiries.
  • Take detailed notes during strategy meetings and effectively distill information to Leads.
  • Liaise between engineers and C-suite to ensure timely deadlines and deliverables.
  • Maintain office orders, general organization, and track expenses. 
  • Organize team building events and initiatives.
  • Assist with recruiting new hires and general HR matters.
  • Identify areas for improvement within departmental workflows and collaborate with the CEO to ensure future success.



Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in Notion, Discord, Asana, and Google Calendars.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Discrete, proactive, and highly collaborative.
  • Passion for gaming, AI innovation, and creativity.
