The Contracts Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that all contract-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.


What You’ll Do:

· Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, including sales agreements, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and service agreements.

· Maintain contract records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Coordinate contract approvals and signatures, tracking contract status and milestones.

· Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract inquiries and status updates.

· Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes and discrepancies.

· Monitor contract compliance and deadlines, alerting relevant parties to upcoming renewals or expirations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.

· Provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager and other team members as needed.

· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of contract management processes and procedures.

· Conduct internal training for businesses regarding vendor and business contracts.

· Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

· Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

· Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
