Manages administrative office operations within division including but not limited to clerical support staff, processes in the academic division & outpatient clinic, and database management. Manages workflow of clinical staff within the office and clinical areas. Provides support to Director, Clinical Operations and supervises all administrative staff within the Division.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required: High school diploma and two years in office management experience required. A combination of college education and experience may substitute for the two years of experience. A minimum of two (2) years of previous supervisory experience required.

Preferred: Previous medical office management experience.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:

Required: None
