Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist for a client based in Estero Florida. This is a direct-hire position that works 4 days remote, and 1 day onsite. This person will be responsible for financial statements, accounting software management, managing the company's payroll and timekeeping systems, journal entries, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
Requirements:
AS degree or higher in Accounting Finance or related field and 1-2 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Plus Online. (QuickBooks Pro preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Timekeeping.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting software, and journal entries.
- Experience in finance and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with any project-based booking is a big plus.
- Fluency in speaking Spanish is a plus.
