The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for understanding the client’s needs and overseeing the company’s products and services.   • Experience with mid-to-large size commercial real estate, food & beverage, manufacturing, and construction accounts
  • Handle daily contact with insureds via email and phone regarding coverages, policy changes, billing questions, and any other related matters
  • Work with underwriters and carriers to provide comprehensive and competitive quotes
  • Handle renewals including gathering renewal information, marketing accounts, reviewing quotes for accuracy, creating proposals, preparing finance agreements, invoicing, reviewing coverage with producer, occasionally presenting renewal terms to clients, binding renewals,
  • Keep up to date with commercial insurance producers and market trends
  • Be familiar with and follow agency procedures, documentation, and E&O guidelines


What you bring to the table:

  • 7-10+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
  • P&C License
  • Must have experience with Outlook, Excel, and various carrier websites; Applied Epic and Indio, preferred
