Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between executive team members, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and project initiatives.
Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between executives and staff, relaying directives, requests, and feedback as needed.
Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and ordering supplies.
Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by executives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative.
