  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication to drive program success.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
  • Identify key stakeholders and maintain positive relationships to support program and communication goals.
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, presentations, and briefings.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine communication strategies and program execution.
  • Design and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with program updates and organizational changes.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications materials, such as updates, announcements, and

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in program management and communications.
  • Proven track record in managing complex programs and projects with successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of communication principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and
  • content.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and communication platforms.
  • Experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
