Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with a focus on quality control systems, ideally within electronics or medical device industries, and working in a GMP/ISO-compliant environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis programs and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.


Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Normal visual and auditory capacity is required.
  • Primarily seated work with occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of light materials.
  • Frequent use of computers and keyboard interaction.
  • Occasionally, handling and moving of networking equipment weighing less than 5% of the time.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes by studying product design, assembly, and materials; collaborate with vendors and technicians.
  • Develop and refine production methods by researching and testing new equipment and designs.
  • Enhance efficiency by planning workflows, spatial layouts, and equipment positioning.
  • Ensure product quality through the development of testing procedures and validation of processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights on production, labor, and material costs; assess production schedules and forecast future needs.
  • Generate comprehensive reports by analyzing data and identifying trends to support process improvements.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance by adhering to government standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency through proactive servicing.
  • Manage manufacturing data, keeping the database up-to-date with critical information.
  • Train and guide technicians, ensuring the successful completion of design and development projects.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and seminars to stay current in your field.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures.


Working Conditions:

  • Predominantly office-based, with occasional (less than 5%) need to lift and move networking equipment.
