We are currently seeking a Special Projects Intern to support our internal initiatives and creative community-building efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working on innovative projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Position Overview
The Special Projects Intern will focus on various TRIFECTA-led creative and community-focused projects. You’ll be working on event planning, content creation, and operationalizing internal processes, helping to grow TRIFECTA’s presence across creative sectors. The role will provide exposure to community-building efforts, creative strategy, and digital marketing.
This is a remote (but NYC preferred) role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time opportunity.
Key Details
- Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: Late September or Early October
- Duration: Fall and Winter semester, with potential for a follow-on internship
- Compensation: $20/hour for the first month, increasing to $25/hour thereafter
Responsibilities
- Collaborator Research & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential collaborators for various creative projects.
- Event Logistics & Planning: Assist in planning and managing logistics for creative events, including communications, timelines, and RSVPs.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Draft and schedule social media posts for event promotion, newsletters, and project updates. Assist in creating content for blogs and marketing materials.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct research on service agencies, creative strategies, and trends. Support the development of templates for client proposals, playbooks, and internal workflows.
- Special Project Support: Contribute to launching creative publications and organizing special events, coordinating with designers, vendors, and creative partners.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in creative community-building, event planning, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with platforms like Slack, Notion, and social media tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for collaboration and cultural trends.
- Interest in brands, newsletters, media production, and social media strategy.
