Position Overview

Our client is looking for a consultant to assist staff with day-to-day support activities.


Responsibilities

  • Creating and distributing agendas and minutes, tracking deliverables and timelines for a large number of team
  • Helping ensure compliance with project controls and approval processes, scheduling meetings, updating project materials etc.


Minimum Requirements

  • Two-year college degree
  • Experience with administration tasks
  • Basic project management knowledge, i.e. PMP is not necessary but must have familiarity with concepts like charters, scope, schedule, controls/approvals etc.
  • Hands-on real-world experience with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a timely manner
  • Experience with SharePoint and data repositories a plus
  • Experience with creating PowerPoint presentations and dashboards a plus
  • Experience with data governance and data management practices a plus
  • Must be able to work independently or with no supervision
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player
