This is a temp-to-hire on-site role in Irvine, CA or Nashville, TN. This is 100% onsite.
Shifts:
Mon-Friday 6am-2:30pm PST
Mon-Friday 10am-2:30pm PST
Mon-Friday 11am-7:30pm PST
PAY: $22-$24/HR - Based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Guide visitors, clients, and their families through the admissions process.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and inform callers of the program and services offered as needed.
- Engage with client’s and families and act as a comforting and supportive resource throughout the admissions process.
- Process paperwork and other documentation in a timely manner to ensure all records are correct and up to date.
- Exemplify a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in an administrative position in health care.
- Must be able to work on-site in Irvine, CA
- Previous clerical/ admissions experience in healthcare, specifically managing the insurance verification process is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual preferred.
