Sr. Digital Video Producer/Project Manager

As the Senior Digital Producer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the creation and production of engaging financial and investment video content. This is an exciting new enterprise platform at PlanMember You will be working in close collaboration with an experienced on-air host. Your role spans the production process, assisting in conceptualization, outlining/scripting, filming, editing, and publishing videos across digital platforms. As the ideal candidate, you should have experience and/or familiarity in financial concepts including investing, markets, economics and related topics. Have excellent storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines. These are tessential for your success in this position.


Location: It is preferred to be on-site at our Capinteria, CA headquarters.


Salary: Starting salary is typically between $65,000 and $80,000 annually, however, it is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate's relevant experience, credentials/certifications, and internal equity. In addition to salary, benefits include, PTO, health, medical, vision, disability, life insurance benefits as well as 401(k), profit-sharing retirement program and much more.

  • Take ownership of editorial/production calendar, production deliverables, and deadlines from content ideation to content distribution (Project Management).
  • Ensuring all production checklist items are completed prior to publication
  • Quality assurance checks on published content
  • Adhere to Compliance requirement guidelines for video content
  • Managing and tracking multiple project work streams
  • Selecting teaser and marketing clips
  • Overseeing and coordinating project KPIs
  • Managing and coordinating production digital assets\
  • Ensuring timely project execution and adherence to schedules
  • Participating and contributing to content planning team meetings
  • Ensuring video content aligns with defined content strategies
