Job Description:

Talent Groups is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our fast-growing Operations Team in Beaverton, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative wireless audio products, with a focus on troubleshooting, PCB assembly, and managing daily shipping operations.


Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience interpreting circuit schematics and evaluating PCB designs.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting digital, analog, and RF circuits down to the component level.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering, de-soldering, and using reflow tools.
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and RF analyzers.
  • Basic mechanical skills for assembling wireless audio systems.


Education:

  • Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in PCB assembly, testing, and repair.
  • Strong ability to read schematics, BOMs, and other technical documentation.
