Key Responsibilities:


Sales Data Management and Reporting:

- Collect, maintain, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Prepare and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support sales leadership.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales-related databases and systems.


Process Improvement and Optimization:

- Evaluate and optimize existing sales processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement and manage automation tools to streamline sales operations (e.g., lead management, funnel metrics).

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to improve inter-departmental processes and communication.


CRM Management:

- Manage the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.

- Train sales team members on the effective use of CRM tools and adherence to best practices.

- Develop and implement CRM enhancements to support growing business needs.


Sales Forecasting and Planning:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales forecasts based on historical data and market analysis.

- Provide analytical support for sales planning, including territory and quota setting.

- Collaborate with Sales Operations Manager to align forecasts with business goals and strategies.


Performance Analysis and Insights:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

- Generate insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.

- Evaluate the impact of sales initiatives and campaigns, providing feedback on their effectiveness.


Support Sales Team:

- Act as the point of contact for sales team inquiries related to operational processes, data issues, and CRM use.

- Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing education for current team members on operational best practices and tools.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other key materials.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and quantitative reasoning.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.

- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence decision-making.

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
