The physician/advanced practicing clinician led geriatric care teams' partner withthe patient's primary care physician to provide concierge level geriatricmedical care and social support in the home as well as delivering andcoordinating across the entire care continuum.

GENERAL SUMMARY

TheDirector of Mobile Urgent Care Operations plays a critical role in the healthand wellbeing of our patients, as well as our overall goal to reduceunnecessary medical utilization.

TheDirector of Mobile Urgent Care Operations is specifically responsible foroperationalizing our mobile urgent care program by driving appropriate usageand adoption of new program, our jointly owned mobile paramedic service, torespond to urgent medical patient needs. This leader will work directly withthe executive team as well as internal senior leadership includingour Regional Market Presidents and Regional Chief Medical Officers to ensuresatisfactory execution of our standard operating model.

Thesuccessful candidate will help decrease the cost of care by deliveringbetter, more complete care in the home, and avoiding unnecessary ED/Admitsthrough increased dispatching of our mobile urgent care team for acute issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains needed reports for ongoing and continuous performance measurement and improvement

  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational/Experience Requirements :

  • BA or BS Degree Required. (Master's degree preferred.)
  • 10+ years of Management experience
  • 10+ years of operational experience. (Healthcare Required)
  • 5+ years of emergency dispatch and/or paramedic experience (Preferred)
  • Mastery of Excel and PPT are a "must have" for this position.
