As a Project Manager, you will manage and direct the activities and people associated with small to large-scale projects, focusing on various non-IT business applications and disciplines. You will be responsible for all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects throughout the Full Project Life Cycle. This includes collaborating with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope, develop and monitor project initiatives, and implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools. You will assign, guide, and monitor project staff to ensure project success.


Additionally, you will deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and timelines, providing expert guidance and support proactively through project completion. Your role will also involve tracking, reporting, and presenting project progress to management and users.

Day in the Life of a Project Manager:

  • Manage/direct activities and people for small to large-scale projects.
  • Oversee projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.
  • Collaborate with sponsors, business units, and users to define project scope.
  • Deliver quality solutions within budget and timelines.
  • Provide tracking, reporting, and presentations to management and users.


Qualifications of a Project Manager:

  • 1-6 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Expertise in non-IT business applications.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multidimensional, mission-critical projects.
