Key Responsibilities:


Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.


Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Develop and monitor budgets for various departments and projects.
  • Provide financial forecasts and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts.
  • Work with department heads to optimize budget allocation.


Accounts Management:

  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations.


Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.

  • Support new business initiatives and project evaluations with financial analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the music industry or entertainment sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
