The Halliday Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness, Inc. is a small and collegial mental health group with offices in Del Mar and Encinitas, CA. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological services to individuals, families, and partners in our community. We are currently expanding and looking for exceptional licensed mental health clinicians (Psychologists, LCSW's, LMFT's, Psychiatrists) to join our team. Clinicians work collaboratively as independent contractors.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, or LCSW. As a Licensed clinician at our center, you will be responsible for conducting individual therapy sessions, providing psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling and psychotherapy services. This is a hybrid role that is primarily located on-site in our Del Mar and Encinitas offices, with flexibility for telehealth services.
We are especially looking for clinicians that have training and experience using evidence-based practices such as EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, couples therapy, groups, and Psychodynamic psychotherapy. Child and adolescent therapists as well as couples’ therapists are especially encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Psychotherapy, assessment, and counseling
- Experience in Mental Health and Psychological Assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide evidence-based therapy and treatment
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- License to practice as a clinician in the state of California
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Doctoral degree in Psychology completed
