To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Enablement Specialist to support Solatube's independent dealer network with growing dealer sales, supporting dealer marketing efforts and business growth strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all communication with Premier Dealer accounts.
  • Builds and maintains positive, long-lasting dealer relationships.
  • Advances the sales goals of Premier Dealers by by ensuring adherence to Solatube sales and marketing programs.
  • Develops dealership growth plans and supports execution strategies.
  • Assists with marketing planning and evaluation.
  • Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing functions.
  • Provides coaching strategy, tools and templates to maximize sales performance with dealership staff.
  • Visits Premier Dealer sites to verify Program compliance.
  • Monitors marketing and sales activity of individual accounts to ensure compliance with contract obligations and corporate growth objectives.
  • Tracks account performance based on yearly purchase agreement.
  • Resolves complaints and conflicts by working collaboratively with Customer Care and Premier Dealer Manager.
  • Maintains and updates customer database with relevant account information including, but not limited to mailings, dealer locator, activity notes, dealer data, important correspondence, etc.
  • Develops new dealer launch plans.
  • Sources, identifies, qualifies and recruits prospects into the Premier Dealer Network.
  • Collaborates with Recruitment and Marketing teams throughout sales process for selecting new dealer prospects.
  • Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential dealer markets and demographic profiles.
  • Attends conferences and other events as required in support of dealer relations.
  • Completes accurately and in a timely manner all reports as required by the Company.
  • Attends meetings and classes as required.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in Sales or Account Management role.
  • Excellent communication, organization and mathematical skills.
  • Computer literacy required, preferred Microsoft Suite and CRM experience.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Open to domestic travel up to 20% annually.
