As Director, you'll craft and execute a strategic plan focused on growth and profitability. You'll oversee all aspects of operations, from business development and project management to resource allocation, quality control, and team development.


If you’re passionate about mentoring experts in the environmental sector, particularly in industrial hygiene, asbestos and related services, this role is for you.


Key responsibilities include setting annual budgets, enhancing sales through active client engagement, and collaborating with leadership to refine processes, boost financial performance, and ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction.


To excel in this role, you should have experience leading a team of 4+ employees with P&L responsibility.


Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Environmental Sciences, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting

Preference of at least one certifications/licenses from the list:

  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP)
  • Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC)
  • Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC)
  • Air Sampling Professional (ASP)
