Financial Analyst/Associate to perform valuations for transactions, disputes, litigation support/expert witness, and compliance in our Salt Lake City office. This is a great opportunity for professionals with prior audit or tax experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze financial models, budgets, and contracts.
  • Review and interpret financial statements.
  • Prepare valuation models, including discounted cash flow and other income-based approach models, market multiples, and asset valuation analyses.
  • Communicate with fellow team members and clients.
  • Collaborate with others.
  • Write valuation and expert witness reports


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other related field or experience
  • CPA preferred
  • “Big audit firm” experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written English language communication skills required
  • Work with fellow team members in the office as needed
