Are you passionate about safeguarding information assets and ensuring the security of organizational networks? Join our client's Corporate Information Security Team as an Information Security Analyst. In this role, you will monitor for security breaches, investigate violations, and develop security standards and best practices. You will also prepare detailed reports, conduct security audits, and respond to customer security questionnaires.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform proactive threat hunting and analysis of events in SIEM and other SOC tools.
  • Respond to customer security inquiries and questionnaires.
  • Review logs and reports of critical information systems to identify potential security incidents.
  • Provide post-event analyses and develop procedures for future incidents.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement measures to prevent security breaches.
  • Offer daily operational support to end users regarding Information Security.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform system access reviews and monitor security system alerts.
  • Investigate and escalate security incidents as needed.
  • Conduct information security risk assessments and manage security exceptions and incidents.
  • Develop content to improve alert fidelity and reduce false positives.
  • Assist in security awareness training for the organization.
  • Maintain Loopio database for security questionnaires.
  • Analyze current IT systems, architectures, and processes to identify risks and areas for development.


Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT security role.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, ISACA, CompTIA Security, Microsoft security) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, attack frameworks, and threat landscapes.
  • Proven experience as a Security Analyst or similar role.
  • Knowledge of security methodologies, processes, and technical solutions (firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, network analysis, and security applications.
  • Experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Past experience in a SOC environment and network monitoring platforms.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems; Linux experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, Visio, and Teams.
  • Experience in an ISO certification environment is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Ability to speak French is a plus.
