Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced professional to be an instrumental player to drive the communication effort for our organization while we roll out M365 Copilot globally.


As a M365 Communications and Training Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our M365 communications and supporting comprehensive training programs. Your role will focus on optimizing our tools while ensuring that all team members are proficient and up-to-date with the latest features and communicating best practices. To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with efficient project management skills to oversee initiatives from conception to implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement M365 communication initiatives.

• Design, support, and conduct training sessions to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Collaborate with IT and business units to align processes with organizational goals.

• Create effective internal and external communications strategies.

• Analyze process workflows and recommend solutions to enhance user experience.

• Create and maintain documentation for processes and training materials.

• Monitor environment for updates and changes, ensuring that the organization adapts swiftly and effectively.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


Required:

• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency in M365 productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot), with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices.

• Experience in managing projects, with the ability to oversee initiatives from planning through to execution and evaluation.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess processes and identify areas for enhancement.

• Ability to create and deliver effective training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey process changes and training materials to a diverse audience.


Nice to Have:

• Suggested 5 years of experience in project management

• Advanced degrees or certifications in project management, process improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma) or M365 can be advantageous.

• Knowledge about Microsoft CoPilot.
