Order Operations Specialist/Sales Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Operations Specialist/Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our Reagent and Instrument Logistics Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for processing customer inquiries and orders, responding to customer complaints and disputes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries and orders while ensuring business processes are followed.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and disputes to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Recognize when to escalate customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve.
  • Manage orders for products from customers via inbound phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain a positive team environment while providing exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3 years vocational training and 3 years of practical experience required.
  • Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge in Windows and Microsoft Applications, and experience with SAP and CRM preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and prioritize assigned tasks.
