Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Overview:

The Tier 1Technical Support Representative provides the first level of technical support to users that are encountering a variety of technical-related issues as they use their computers, the online platform, and course-related materials, and as they progress through their courses and education


Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Requirements:

  • Must have a working knowledge of Apple products and/or MAC operating systems
  • Familiarity with the Windows operating system and baseline level functions
  • Must have prior technical support experience
  • Must be able to work a late-night shift (as late as 3:00 am) and weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to user during any interaction
  • Support the functionality and use of the learning management system online platform
  • Troubleshoot and research issues to identify root causes
  • Ability to multi-task; handle a phone queue and log transactions


Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Pay:

  • $17.00/hour


Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Hours:

  • Start Date: October 14, 2024
  • The schedule will be four 10.5-hour days per week.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and have open availability.
  • There are daytime shifts, however we are focused on filling the nights shifts:
  • 1:30pm-12:00am
  • 4:30pm-3:00am
  • Training schedule will vary from actual schedule.
